6521 Arlington Blvd. Suite 104 Falls Church, VA. 22042. Nutrition and Bodywork therapy
The reason I do this work is to provide precise bodywork and presence to you if you are seeking a therapist who will understand and help you connect your muscle pain or discomfort with your digestive health. Through intuitive massage and functional nutrition, I can provide you with a unique approach to massage therapy and nutrition care. I also refer out if necessary.
I am a licensed and certified massage and nutrition therapist and a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), Woodbridge, VA. and a nutrition therapist. I have journeyed in the world of bodywork for more than ten years, and now massage is opening a new world of the body physiology and nutrition need.
My small practice is base on helping you get to the root cause of your pain. On a personal note, I came from a place of deficiency (Africa) to a place of sufficiency (America). As a result, I have gained a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills to dig deep and discover the root cause of your pain.
My skills include over 1000 hours of training and over ten years of experience in bodywork which include Reflexology; Massage therapy; Manual Lymphatic Drainage; Lyppossage (deep lymphatic drainage and fat detoxification massage); European Osteopathic technique (Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy); Eric Dalton Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy; Connective tissue massage; and Functional Nutrition.
I understand your pain and concerns such as neck pain - whiplash from auto injury - a condition I suffered from for years. Scar tissue restriction from surgery; nerve pain, lower back pain, or foot pain, etc. I can help you achieve your health outcome. I would like to get you started with 20 minutes free consultation.
Please understand that my passion is on whole body wellness and while I use massage as a primary means of body balance or pain reliever, I also bring along my nutrition portfolio. So, as we focus on massage to bring about muscle release, I would like you also to consider the possibility of adding nutritional therapy into your treatment plan if necessary.
You can read more about each form of therapy on the Service Page. Please understand that each session would be a combination of different massage modalities.
